01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") govern the entire relationship between cbe444 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any natural person who accesses, registers on, deposits into, plays on, or otherwise makes use of the cbe444 platform available at https://cbe444.app (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "your"). By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on any game or sports market offered by cbe444, you conclusively confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand every provision contained within it, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by all such provisions.

cbe444 reserves the unilateral right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the cbe444 platform. It is your sole responsibility to review the current version of these Terms & Conditions before each session. Continued use of cbe444's services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement in full. Where a material change is made that may adversely affect existing users, cbe444 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notification via the email address registered to the affected account.

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which cbe444 operates. Any dispute arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved through cbe444's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures specified in the Dispute Resolution section of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with cbe444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall Agreement between you and cbe444.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to cbe444 and the use of any service offered on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. cbe444 is an 18+ only platform and operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Documentary proof of age may be requested at registration, during account review, or prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to a legal guardianship or any order restricting your ability to enter into contracts, you are not eligible to use cbe444.
• Voluntary participation: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether operated by cbe444 directly or by any other recognised responsible gaming body — that covers online gambling activity at the time of your registration or deposit.
• Single account: You are entitled to hold exactly one registered account on cbe444. Opening multiple accounts for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent a previous account suspension, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Personal account: The account must be registered in your own legal name and operated exclusively by you. Accounts registered on behalf of third parties, corporate entities, or anonymous nominees are not permitted.

cbe444 is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is the user's responsibility to ascertain the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering. cbe444 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where such use is unlawful.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of cbe444's services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. The information collected at registration includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information. Any account created using inaccurate information is subject to immediate suspension without notice.

cbe444 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, following a deposit above a specified threshold, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon routine periodic review. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and a recent proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by cbe444 may result in withdrawal delays, account restriction, or account closure.

• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbe444 account password. cbe444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all registered accounts from within the security settings section of the account dashboard.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify cbe444's support team immediately upon becoming aware, or suspecting, that your account credentials have been compromised, shared with a third party, or accessed without your authorisation. cbe444 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Account sharing: Sharing your cbe444 login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. cbe444 accepts no responsibility for transactions conducted by any person other than the registered account holder.
• Accurate contact details: You are responsible for keeping your registered email address and mobile number current. Important account communications, including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and KYC requests, are sent to the contact details on file. cbe444 is not liable for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

All account activity conducted through your cbe444 login session is deemed to have been carried out by you personally. You accept full responsibility for all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawal requests submitted through your account, regardless of whether you personally initiated those actions, unless you have previously notified cbe444 of a security breach in accordance with the procedure described above.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

cbe444 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to any transaction, and cbe444 does not charge any fee for deposits or withdrawals conducted through its supported payment channels.

The following payment methods are currently supported by cbe444 for both deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• bKash: Primary mobile financial service. Deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for standard accounts and instantly for Gold tier and above.
• Nagad: Full deposit and withdrawal support. Processing times are equivalent to bKash.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking): Supported for deposits and withdrawals. Standard processing times apply.
• Upay: Supported for deposits. Withdrawal availability may vary by account tier — confirm current availability with the support team.
• Bank Transfer: Available for withdrawals above ৳50,000 via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Processing times of 1–3 business days apply for bank transfer withdrawals.

cbe444 enforces a strict same-name policy for all financial transactions. The name registered on your cbe444 account must match the name registered on the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions originating from or directed to a payment account held in a different name will be declined and may trigger a KYC review of your cbe444 account. cbe444 reserves the right to return any deposit made from a mismatched payment source, less any applicable third-party transaction fees.

All withdrawal requests are subject to cbe444's anti-money-laundering (AML) review procedures. cbe444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including the source of deposited funds, before releasing payment. Withdrawal requests that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be held pending completion of the AML review or returned to the original deposit method.

Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider in relation to cbe444 transactions are treated as a material breach of this Agreement. Any account found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended, all associated winnings will be voided, and the full chargeback amount will be treated as a debt owed to cbe444. cbe444 reserves the right to pursue recovery of such debts through all available legal channels.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

cbe444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements detailed on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant promotion page, all bonus funds awarded by cbe444 must be wagered a minimum of 25 times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Eligible games: Not all games on cbe444 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Habanero typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi typically contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers contribute at varying rates depending on the market. The contribution rate for any specific game or market is detailed on the Promotions page.
• Bonus expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Expired bonus funds and any derived winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a cbe444 account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and unwagered will result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus abuse: cbe444 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. cbe444 reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
• Promotional eligibility: cbe444 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where the player's historical betting patterns indicate a pattern of bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of cbe444, you agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending winnings), and may be reported to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the cbe444 platform, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose whatsoever.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, using forged documentation during KYC verification, or misrepresenting your personal details in any communication with cbe444.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event available on cbe444, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, coordinated sports betting, or any other form of match or game manipulation.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, malfunction, or technical fault in the cbe444 platform, including software bugs, display errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error are void and will be reversed from the affected account balance.
• Automated play: Using any bot, script, automated software, artificial intelligence tool, or other programme to place wagers, navigate the platform, or interact with any game or sports market on cbe444 without prior written authorisation from cbe444's management team.
• Money laundering: Using cbe444's platform for any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. cbe444 complies fully with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate communications toward cbe444 staff, support agents, or other platform users via any channel.

cbe444 reserves the right to conduct investigations into any account at any time and without prior notice. During an investigation, cbe444 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests and restrict certain account functions pending the outcome of the investigation. Investigation outcomes are final and are communicated to the account holder via the registered email address.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

cbe444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information
• Conduct that falls within the prohibited categories described in Section 06
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age
• The account holder is found to be registered on a self-exclusion programme at the time of account use
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below)
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law-enforcement direction requiring account restriction

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of this Agreement, cbe444 reserves the right to void and forfeit all bonus balances, all pending withdrawals, and all winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits that cannot be traced to a breach of this Agreement will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Voluntary account closure: You may request the closure of your cbe444 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests must be submitted from the registered account email address. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to a refund of deposited funds already wagered.

Dormant account policy: An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. cbe444 will notify the registered email address 30 days prior to imposing dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳150, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the holder. Dormant account fees will not reduce a balance below zero.

08 Limitation of Liability

cbe444 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While cbe444 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, cbe444 does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, and mobile network disruptions in Bangladesh may cause temporary service interruptions, for which cbe444 accepts no liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbe444's total aggregate liability to any user arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their cbe444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cbe444 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from the use or inability to use the cbe444 platform.

cbe444 makes no representation that any game, sports market, or promotional offer will remain available indefinitely. cbe444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any game, market, or promotion at any time without compensation. In the event that a game or market is withdrawn while a wager is in progress, cbe444 will settle the affected wager fairly based on the information available at the point of withdrawal and notify the affected player via their registered email address.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit cbe444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
